In the beginning of his speech, I kept wondering why so many people were teary eyed... by the end of it, I found myself with tingles. I know it's stupid, to put so much hope into something like a politician. Call me naive, I'm certainly of the same opinion right now... but I'm willing to allow it, just so I can keep the faith that maybe, just maybe..... We really -can-. I voted today, for the first time in my life, and I am proud to say it was for Barack Obama, and that myself, the rest of my generation, and everyone else who got out today, helped shape history.
